Why is the user asked to create preexisting folders?

On line 964 of windows this text appears.
Open your Home folder and create a new folder called <emphasis>
But the Photos folder is a preexisting folder, and for good reason, so shouldn't this line be removed?
This is also an issue with line 920, as both music and photos are preexisting folders, othere files should also normaly be stored in subfolder os the document folder:
To access your Home folder, press <menuchoice>
