I for one still believe those settings should be separate... Those are different settings for other phones (probably nor all of them) and also on Ubuntu Desktop. Just because the the screen saver kicks in you don't necessarily require the user to authenticate again.

Anyhow, clearly a question for ubuntu-ux.
