I built the next test kernel, up to the following commit:
1039796b23f7e844ed797ee3adc951a5e3c22b4b

The test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1751098

Can you test that kernel and report back if it has the bug or not? I will build the next test kernel based on your test results.
