Bug Description
After upgrading to linux 4.13.0-36 my laptop hangs shortly after booting, even before logging in to the desktop. It starts with the interface being unresponsive but the mouse cursor moving, and shortly after that the mouse cursor also hangs intermittently and then permanently.
Linux 4.13.0-32 works fine.
My laptop is a Dell XPS 13 9360 with an Core i5 7200u.

This kernel (4.13.0-36.40) hangs for me as well, but it's much earlier in the boot process so it doesn't even get to the point where it would ask me for my dm-crypt password. The fallback image (4.13.0-32.35) boots fine though.
