Despite this, this issue appears to result from a firmware issue as per your BootDmesg.txt:
[ 8.444950] Bluetooth: can't load firmware, may not work correctly

Hence, without making any further modifications of your install, could you please post the output of the following via terminal:
apt-cache policy bcmwl-kernel-source
