I'm aware of the importances. Bug importances in packages may vary. If importances were to be only assigned according to the wiki , all the theme bugs will only be "Low" too. But that is not how we assign importances.

For these bugs, You may disagree with the design , but they had been done intentionally. Hence such bugs are "wishlists".
Wishlist here means, bugs which request changing the default intended design.
