Fair enough, I've opened the task for ubuntu-docs as well so we can document this behavior. I think it still needs to be fixed in apport though as a graphical application should not require a command line parameter in order to continue executing in this manner. Currently if you do specify a package or PID at the command line, it skips that interface altogether which makes the "Other problem" button mostly useless at this time.
