Steps;
1. In users-admin add a new user
2. Check setting the password click the generate password option
3. Click OK
* Expected: User is added and enabled
* Actual: User is disabled
4. Click the Enable account button
* Expected: User account is active
* Actual: No change, user is still disabled
I did notice that if the user is created with an assigned password, then the password can be changed with the generate password option.
