Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
Steps;
1. In users-admin add a new user
2. When setting the password click the generate password option
3. Click OK
* Expected: User is added and enabled
* Actual: User is disabled
4. Click the Enable account button
* Expected: User account is active
* Actual: No change, user is still disabled
I did notice that if the user is created with an assigned password, then the password can be changed with the generate password option.

Yes, this has been fixed upstream since version 2.91.1. Commit is adbfff7, which could quite easily be backported (a few lines have been touched).
