Please can you confirm which gtk theme were you using?

This particular issue has already been reported as bug #144326 [1]
(MASTER firefox crashed on print preview [@IA__gdk_window_get_toplevel]
[@gdk_window_is_toplevel_frozen]).

Please feel free to add any other information you might consider to be
related to this particular issue (e.g. a test case) either to [1] or [2].
