  * New upstream release from the Beta Channel
    - HTML5 Features: Geolocation, App Cache, web sockets, file drag-and-drop.
    - V8 performance improvements
    - Preferences synchronization
    - NaCl behind a flag
  * Disable DLOG and DCHECK (like it is done in Chrome). This should improve
    performances.
