chromium should probably recommends xdg-utils

are you using an ubuntu build on debian or a debian build using the ubuntu packaging branch?

I found out because I removed a package that was depending upon xdg-utils and
was the last to, and from this moment, chromium stopped opening files from the
Download bar.

I've reinstalled it, and p00f it just works again :)

Fixed in the .head branch. Will be in the daily PPA tomorrow, and everywhere else after the next merge.
