Comment here only if you think the duplicate status is wrong.

A user can't decide if the dupe status is wrong when origin can't be accessed.

Abbreviated suggestion:
Apport retracing service: your bug is a duplicate of a private bug. You can't comment on the origin but we'll inform you about it's status.
