... any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report.
Which isn't possible since it's a private bug. Mouse hover over bug number: tooltip says bug not found. (screenshot)
'Remember' dialog says:
Comment here only if you think the duplicate status is wrong.
A user can't decide if the dupe status is wrong when origin can't be accessed.
Abbreviated suggestion:
Apport retracing service: your bug is a duplicate of a private bug. You can't comment on the origin but we'll inform you about it's status.
