I found a solution. 1 - Edit the file /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf 2 - add at the end of file the following:
options snd-hda-intel model=asus-mode4 options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1
3 - save and reboot 4 - open gnome-sound-record and try to save your voide.
this works for me. Only for Realtek ALC662.
