I agree but when someone subscribes
since this is not an open team.
A mail is sent to an admin of the list.
if the admin of the list does not approve

The mailing list link should be changed
and
the mail list should be updated to reflect
the new member
This currently requires a member to
subscribe in two places for one Team.

And in short since it makes it more difficult
for the new user.

Only so many people have admin capabilties
on these lists but does not mailman make it so
admins can import the list by subscribing one list
to the other and importing the contacts because I
can send mail to the list w/ no error so it is still there
