A menu would make the most sense here. I've ticketed it here: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/6614

As far as context menus, the problem is that *some* of the sidebar items have context menus and some don't, which does cause confusion. I've ticketed that as well: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/6615
