Bug Description
Shotwell needs a keyboard shortcut or menu item for selecting the camera when it's connected.
This is needed for Autopilot testing, without a keyboard shortcut or menu item we cannot import photos in automated testing.
It would also be useful for normal use, as it can be quite annoying to not have any keyboard access or menu access to it.

Today Shotwell doesn't have any keyboard shortcuts for jumping to a sidebar item. If we were to implement this, I feel we should at least consider other sidebar items as well.
Also, since it's possible for multiple cameras to be attached at the same time, we would need to offer some coherent way to get to all of them.
Do you have a proposal here, i.e. a particular keystroke you have in mind, or some scheme that would answer the above issues?
