Comment 0 for bug 917681

This bug is to enable a Faulted Earth user to download a pre-calculated fault source.
The workflow would be similar to the following:
User logs into FE application
User goes to Fault Source Blind
Selects their Fault Source from southern region
Clicks Download button in Blind - this would read django record # and select associated data, serialize a XML file
Pop up box asking for file destination on user's local hard drive
User fills in location
Clicks Save
File is downloaded to location on user's hard drive
