Bug Description
This bug is to enable a Faulted Earth user to download a pre-calculated fault source. This will be the first iteration of the downloading process/tool set.
The workflow would be similar to the following:
User logs into FE application
User goes to Fault Source Blind
Selects their Fault Source from southern region
Clicks Download button in the Blind - this would read django record # and select the data from the following fields:
name
rake
dip
upperSeismogeni
lowerSeismogeni
magnitude
minMagnitude
maxMagnitude
faultEdges
faultTopEdge
faultBottomEdge
areaBoundary
strike
depth
Clicks Save
File is downloaded to location on user's hard drive

Discussed with Graeme, this will make for a good first solution. He is working through the nrml requirements and feels it may block us, so agreed this would be a reasonable solution.
