Preconditions: record any video to play it from video-scope/mediaplayer

Steps:

1. Open camera, change to video mode and record a video
2. Go to video scope and try to play the video with mediaplayer-app

Current result: cannot play videos,mediaplayer-app reports " unsuportted format".
/º\ with silo 2238 installed reports "cannot connect playbackend"

Expected result: mediaplayer-app should play videos with out errors
