Comment 4 for bug 1786527

Discussed with Dinesh & Madhukar regarding the possible schemes.

The plan is to define labels for each of the router gateway and label the nodes accordingly.
The default router_gateway specification is still remains as it is.
It takes effect if a given node is not labeled.

I will start working on the changes.
