Bug Description

Currently, contrail_env VROUTER_GATEWAY can only accept single gateway address. This will be an issue when compute nodes are on different subnets which has different gateways.

This is not a breakage but rather a request for added functionality.
After discussion with Jeba/Madhu it is decided that this will be targeted for 5.0.2, as it is too late and risky to be fixed in 5.0.1.

Discussed with Dinesh & Madhukar regarding the possible schemes.

The plan is to define labels for each of the router gateway and label the nodes accordingly.
The default router_gateway specification is still remains as it is.
It takes effect if a given node is not labeled.

I will start working on the changes.

As per the latest developments, it looks like VROUTER_GATEWAY will derived implicitly post
provision by router init container so that this issue gets addressed for modes of provision.
I discussed with Michael Henkel and he is going to reassign this bug.
