Comment 12 for bug 1468653

I have landed a slight modification to Menno's fix mentioned above.

Unfortunately this will only come out in 1.24.3, and won't fix the upgrade from 1.24.0.

The jujud machine agents on the HA nodes will most likely still need to be manually killed in order for the upgrade to take effect.

Bug #1474588 has been opened to track the hook failures after upgrade .
