Comment 12 for bug 808865

Dear Carl,

A few questions and comments:

1. The name of the candidate does not go into the title " Final
Qualifying Examination for ..." It is the training title that should
be here e.g. Nursing, Midwifery, etc.

2. The Centre - which field on which form did you use for this? I
need to confirm is this is the correct source of the information from
the Council.

3. The spaces to be filled in for the Written Papers - I need to
confirm if these are start dates for the examinations and see if there
is any way these can be included as fields for the examination form.
