In order for this to be effective, we need to create additional fields in the Examination Form. For instance the field in the title is for the Title of the Examination - such as Final Examination in Nursing Training. This needs to be created as a drop down field in the examination form. However, I do not think it is necessary to create fields for the different components of the examination which the candidate has to take part in if it can be assumed from the title of the Examination.
The name field is the name of the Candidate.
The photo space needs to be linked to the latest photo of the person on the person view.
