Bug Description
Hi,
When I tried to encode a mkv file with PS3 preset the program seems to be frozen. The new file is created with zero bytes, and the program keeps forever the frozen window status. But, didn't do nothing more.
So, I suppose that if the program can't encode this kind of files, the user must be adviced. And, if the program can do it, there is an error somewhere.
I have the latest version of Arista on an updated ubuntu machine. Let me know if you need any further information.
Regards,
Jose

Can you please open a terminal and run arista-gtk -v and try to transcode the file again? The output will be useful in debugging the issue.
I just tested with a simple mkv file and it seems to work. I did notice however that if the audio stream length is not the same as the video stream length it seems to stop transcoding. Is that the issue you seem to be experiencing? I will look into that and try to figure out why.
