The root cause of bug #1193436 is that the old search uses a brittle method for sorting by series. Because the desired sorting is not alphabetical, the specific ordering is listed (in SERIES_SORT), and must be updated as new series are introduced.
This bug will be resolved when the old API is removed, as proposed in bug #118995. We anticipate this will be long before Ubuntu T's name is announced.
