"Svg" and "Png" should be "SVG and "PNG"

Bug Description
In English, acronyms such as SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) and PNG (Portable Network Graphics) are supposed to be written in capital letters.
Compiz uses "Svg" and "Png" (image loader plugins), which is therefore a typo.
