Thank you for reporting this issue. Examining the documentation, I see no reason to keep this chapter. Since all it is doing is telling users to go read the other chapters, it is not adding useful information.

Verified the xubuntu-docs are correct in 10.04.1, using a fresh installation in VirtualBox, fully updated before enabling proposed. Thanks for the hard work getting this done.
