Bug Description
Binary package hint: xubuntu-docs
As the files-and-docs.xml file appears now, it only provides links to other sections in the documentation and does not provide any unique substantial information. The file is formatted as a chapter and when it is rendered in yelp or in a browser, it gives the impression that Files, Folders and Documents will be a substantive chapter, I felt misled upon reading it and only discovering links to other chapters/sections. Perhaps files-and-docs.xml could be integrated could into another chapter/section, since it is curt.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Examining the documentation, I see no reason to keep this chapter. Since all it is doing is telling users to go read the other chapters, it is not adding useful information.
