[SRU] manila stable releases

Accepted manila into wallaby-proposed. The package will build now and be available in the Ubuntu Cloud Archive in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. To enable the -proposed repository:

  sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:wallaby-proposed
  sudo apt-get update

Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

The manila-ganesha charm is testing with wallaby-proposed in bundles for now to pick up this fix:

    Run focal-wallaby functional tests with proposed

    The focal-wallaby tests currently require the wallaby-proposed
    pocket to be enabled in order to get past the referenced bug.

manila isn't actually in the list of packages at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OpenStack/StableReleaseUpdates and there has not been an SRU of manila like this before. Does that list of packages need updating? After discussion with an SRU team member of course.
