Specification for (2)
build.bat [/branch <branch>] directory dependencies-dir
"directory" is always the path to compile. "dependencies-dir" is the path to the unzipped dependencies.
if "/branch <branch>" is specified, it will check out the named branch from bzr into "directory" before building.
if /branch isn't specified, it won't use bzr at all for anything.
