Zim raises an error if Notebook folder has been deleted

Bug Description

When the default Notebook folder has been deleted, Zim raises an error and exit.
It's necessary to edit the config file notebooks.list to be able to launch zim again.

Shouldn't Zim display the popup by default if the default Notebook folder does not exists ?
