Yeah, I know my answer dont solve this issue. But, if you cant wait for a fix, like me, you can try install chrome without snap. In my case I thought it was impossible, cause I was running ubuntu 22.04 in a ARM instance. But after remove the snap version and install a deb version I found peace and my webscrapping is working fine now.
