I upgraded to 1.6.3 this weekend. Using the patch I still have problems editing layout.
1. Choose a layout and click Action > Design
2. Click Edit Timeline or Options
3. Nothing is happening. For a short moment I see a progressbar in the right side of the layout panel appearing.
