Just ran into this bug. Executing "xfwm4 --display=:0.0 --replace" temporarily fixed the problem. I have the latest version of Oneiric and I just wish we would get xfmw4 version 4.8.3 pushed out to us sooner.
And yes, I agree that this bug should not be assigned "medium" importance. I was just a few seconds away from switching back to KDE.
