Comment 14 for bug 581157

Looks like I've been nailed by the same bug as well.

After 3 months of getting 10.04 wubi working with all my customizations (wine, compiz, etc.), i did an update, and then reboot and unable to boot.

I'm not about to go thru all that effort again.

Back to XP for me as well.

Let's hope Manic Monkey, or whatever they call the next release, is much better tested.
