touch: cannot touch `/mnt/test/test': Read-only file system
root@flo-laptop:~# sudo mount -o remount,rw /mnt/test
root@flo-laptop:~# touch /mnt/test/test
root@flo-laptop:~#

Please test again and feel free to reopen it if it still fail.
