"wares in transit" is that wares in the input queues become darker when they're on their way.

I am currently reworking some of the tutorials in https://code.launchpad.net/~widelands-dev/widelands/toolbar-dropdown-menus due to the UI changes and am currently doing a complete revamp of the basic control tutorial. I have added the Frisians to the text there now.
