Appveyor Platform Update incl. MSYS2 https://github.com/appveyor/ci/issues/2703 on 11/09/18.
As far as i can see, there a several breaker:
- Static linking for boost does no longer work, because bcrypt does not get linked
- on x86_64 the glbindings seem to be broken
- dll renames (e.g. libfluidsynth)
