I have a multitouch touchpad, running Ubuntu 11.10, and my touchpad driver is bcm5974.
When you play i.e. Minecraft your cursor is frozen in a windows, so when you move cursor - camera moves.
When playing in window mode, try to do 3 finger gesture to move the window.
What happen?

Window moves, and camera in game moves.

What is expected to happen?

Window moves, camera in game stay untouched.
