I don't agree with Martin on this issue. I think bug reporting is important for non-English-speaking users, especially new users. I heard many Windows users who don't speak English complain about error messages beeing in English and not in their native language.

Also, this is an GUI thing so it is farely visible even though it shouldn't show up for too many users it might though.
