When searching in the Dash, you can press the Down arrow and then Enter to select a category (e.g. "Recently Used" or "Applications") to see more results in that category. However, when there are no more results in that category, pressing Enter does not do anything and the selection is confusing. Thus, it would be more appropriate to just skip highlighting the section name in general when there is no way to interact with it.
