Can someone confirm this fix and mark the duplicate bugs [https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity-lens-shopping/+bug/1054282] as FIXED (assuming they are)?

That duplicate bug is linked from at least one news article [http://www.theregister.co.uk/2012/10/18/ubuntu_12_10_review/] and with the current WON'T FIX status is giving a very bad impression of Ubuntu.
