I'm disappointed that Canonical said no to Gubuntu, considering the precedent set by Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu, etc.

Serious name ideas: Gnobuntu, Gnomebuntu, Gnoubuntu.

Funny name ideas: Ubuntgnome (sort of a baseball pun), Fubuntu (subtly giving the finger to Unity, but may be confused with Fuduntu).
