I have reinstalled 12.04 a few times recently. Deja-Dup worked fine with Ubuntu One. I reinstalled it on November 27, 2012. When I tried to back up, I got a Status 401 message.

I also run GNOME Remix. Deja Dup backed up to Ubuntu One just fine with that system.
