Thank you PArnal for attaching the syncdaemon.log file. Normally, when you get an unauthorized error from running apport-collect it means the initial run of apport-collect did not get the correct permissions selected when prompted via a Launchpad web page. You can try this to fix the apport-collect issue:

1) rm ~/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials
2) apport-collect -p ubuntuone-client 436723
3) When prompted in your web browser, click the "Change Anything" button (the last one in the list)
4) Go back to your terminal session and press "Enter"
