Comment 90 for bug 1700657

I found out, that networking there is only broken due to a bug in the apparmor settings, you can fix this by

    sudo apt install apparmour-utils
    sudo aa-complain /etc/apparmor.d/sbin.dhclient

Then everything runs fine
