I built the next test kernel, up to the following commit:
400129f0a3ae989c30b37104bbc23b35c9d7a9a4

The test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1753662

Can you test that kernel and report back if it has the bug or not? I will build the next test kernel based on your test results.
