I have the same problem in ubuntu 13.04. I tried with the comment number 26, but it did not work.

sudo apt-get --purge remove libreoffice-nlpsolver
sudo apt-get install libreoffice
sudo apt-get install libreoffice-nlpsolver

I attached screen capture of extension manager.
